John Broucek IV, CFA, currently serves as the Managing Partner at D’Orazio Holdings responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization.  This includes identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, working with operating company management teams and maintaining the firms banking relationships. 

Prior to joining D’Orazio Holdings, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Northern Trust, Harbor Capital Advisors and Credit Suisse.

John has a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University, M.S. in Finance from DePaul University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.

Jim Colbert is an Operating Executive at D'Orazio Holdings in charge of manufacturing-related investments. Jim has 30 years of quality leadership experience providing positive results in multiple business units.

Most recently, Jim served as the Chief Executive Officer of CR Coatings & Logistics Management Group, which provides coatings and logistics services to Fortune 50 manufacturing companies.

Prior to this, Jim was President and COO of Collision Revision, which became one of the largest privately held collision repair operators in the United States.

Tony Brough, PE, is an Operating Executive at D'Orazio Holdings in charge of energy-related investments.

Tony also serves as the president of DORA Partners & Company, an energy-focused management consulting company with clients representing some of the largest original equipment manufacturers that provide products and services in the energy sector.

Mike joined D’Orazio Holdings after more than four decades in the steel industry, most recently as President & CEO of New Castle Stainless Plate, LLC, a portfolio company since 2017.

He has extensive contacts/relationships with experienced professionals having expertise in technical, operational and supply chain management including over 25 years working in a multi-national corporate environment with extensive experience in the trade/political realm and lobbying Congress on behalf of industry causes.

Mike has a B.S. in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.

Prior to joining the D’Orazio Holdings, Suzanne worked at Hunter Douglas for over 20 years. During her time at Hunter Douglas, she held positions as the North America Materials Manager and Metals Category Manager for the global procurement team. Currently, Suzanne is the Business Procurement Manager for Peerless of America, LLC and Red Head Brass, LLC.

Suzanne has a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Mississippi.

Mike joined D’Orazio Holdings in 2021 bringing 40 years of finance and accounting experience in the manufacturing sector. Mike is currently the Controller for Peerless of America, LLC and Red Head Brass, LLC. Prior to joining D’Orazio, Mike worked at Winchester Interconnect as Group Controller in their rail mass transit and marine oil and gas division.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and MBA from DePaul University. 

Asya joined D’Orazio Holdings

in May 2023, with extensive experience in accounting and office management. Asya is responsible for the Holding Company accounting and administration of entities not related to the direct equity portfolio.

Asya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from University of Illinois at Chicago.
